The terms and conditions listed herein are for the education of our potential clients and the protection of Jobready2dey℠. These terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to (unless extreme circumstances warrant changes; all subject to Jobready2dey’s discretion and approval) so all clients will get the most out of Jobready2dey’s service offerings.
 
Service Offerings
 
Jobready2dey has several service offerings listed on its website to include Private Sector Resume and Cover Letter Packages, the Customer Service Course, Interview Prep, Microsoft Office Training Sessions, Federal Resume Services, Basic Computer Training, and more. Jobready2dey reserves the right, without notice, to terminate any offering, alter the pricing, or change the stipulations of these offerings at any time. Jobready2dey also has the right to deny anyone service at its discretion. If a service offering is terminated or altered, all services purchased before the time of termination or alteration will be honored as agreed.  
 
Other services not listed on the website may be provided to clients via an agreement with Jobready2dey. These terms and conditions apply to these “A la carte” services as well.
 
Payment
 
Payments will be accepted via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Jobready2dey currently uses PayPal as its payment processor for all payment types. Please be advised that PayPal currently charges 2.9% + $0.30 in fees for each transaction. For example, clients must pay $180.54 for the Private Sector Resume and Cover Letter package. Resume and Cover Letter format
 
All resumes and cover letters will be completed using a format acceptable in the United States of America, and other locations that follow similar guidelines. Guidelines for each client location will be researched to ensure compliance with standards.
 
Service Details & Delivery Times
 
Jobready2dey promotes customer service and communicating with clients in a timely fashion. If services are purchased, please maintain prompt communication with your contact so services can be delivered on time. Payments received from the client cover a reservation in Jobready2dey’s schedule and the completion of services per each agreement. We want you to receive your documents and services timely and with the correct information. If a situation arises out of your control, please email, call, or text us to let us know. If we receive no communication, we are only left to assume. If the client fails to communicate with the service provider during the attempted delivery of services, services will remain valid for 3 business days before services are cancelled. See our refund policy at the end of these terms and conditions.
 
Please allow up to 10 Business Days for Private Sector Resumes or Cover letters to be completed and 12 Business Days for Federal Resumes. According to demand, the service provider may need more time to complete documents. If there is extra time needed, the service provider will reach out to the client promptly to advise of the expected completion time. After your resume or cover letter draft is complete, it will be sent over to you in PDF format to advise of any changes. Clients will be allowed the number of revisions permitted under your agreement to resolve any issues (if needed). After the resume is ready, your final document will be sent over in Word format. Please note that expedited order options are available.
 
There will be 2 revisions allowed for each private sector resume and cover letter, and 2 revisions for each federal resume (unless otherwise indicated in either service agreement). Please note that a revision is not a rewrite. A revision is defined as corrections needed due to inaccuracy or word choice changes. All revisions must be received within 1 business day after receiving drafts.
 
Interview prep, career counseling services, training sessions, and other services will be scheduled between the client and Jobready2dey, and completed on the scheduled day and time.
 
Important Information
 
All information the client wishes to be included on each resume or cover letter must be provided to the service provider before the start of services. Otherwise, other fees will apply.
 
Payments will be processed though www.jobready2dey.com, and you will only be contacted by an email address @jobready2dey.com. Please be careful of scammers who will act as a company representative to steal your money. If you suspect fraud, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
 
Before services are rendered, a service agreement must be signed and returned to Jobready2dey. Refusal to sign an agreement does not eliminate the agreement between a client and Jobready2dey.  Submitting payment for any service solidifies the acceptance of these terms and conditions and adherence to the service agreement.
 
Once services are purchased, Jobready2dey will reach out via email to the client to begin the process. Please be sure your PayPal email address is correct. If not, please contact Jobready2dey at admin@jobready2dey.com to advise of the correct email for correspondence.
 
Refund Policy
 
Please note that there will be absolutely no refunds!
 
Also note that if a client is incapable of being assisted due to discourteous behavior, discounts advice given by the resume writer or coach leading to a delay in the completion of services, or does not respond to communications from the service provider in an attempt to complete services within 3 business days, Jobready2dey reserves the right to discontinue services without obligation to refund the purchase price.
